Why ServSafe Certification? Because ServSafe Certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).

Why ServSafe Certification? Because the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam is valid, reliable and legally defensible.

      Why ServSafe Certification? Because it is certification the industry trusts. In fact, more than 2.6 million ServSafe Food Protection Manager certifications have been awarded to date. Sysco West Texas is now conducting ServSafe Certification Classes @ our facility located at Buddy Holly and  2nd Place in Lubbock. The cost for our customers is $175.00 per person and for non-Sysco West Texas customers the cost is $225.00 per person, which is due on or before the day of the class. Included in the class is a study book, lunch, and certification exam. The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification written paper-and-pencil exam can be taken after the traditional classroom training Sysco West Texas is offering. Once students pass the examination, they are awarded the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, which is valid for 5 years.

Mock Health Inspections

 

As an extra benefit to our customers we can provide free Mock Health Inspections upon request.

Homer Jones is available to assist you in compliance of all of the rules, regulations and guidelines set forth by the Texas Department of Health, commonly referred to as TFER.
