Menu Analysis and Engineering

This is often the most overlooked part of a food service operation and represents the best opportunity for an operator to increase their profitability. Utilizing our menu analysis program we can break down the plate cost of all your menu items and incorporate your selling price to identify your highest profit items and analyze the rest of the menu to make adjustments as necessary to maximize your profits.
